• This orders the Licence key to activate the AES Privacy feature in a DP3441 / DP3441e / DP3661e / DP4x0x / DP4x0xe / DP4x01 Ex / DP4x01 Ex Ma / SL40x0 / SL40x0e / DM4x0x / DM4x0xe radio.
• AES Privacy provides a 256 bit encryption solution for voice and data in digital mode.
• NOTE: The AES implementation introduced as part of system release R2.4 does NOT interoperate with the pre-R2.4 MOTOTRBO AES implementation. As such, all radios in an existing fleet with the pre-R2.4 AES implementation enabled must be upgraded to at least system release R2.4 before deploying any radios into that fleet with the new R2.4 AES implementation enabled.
